I had to tell you I was in a bind for dinner last night so I got out your cookbook for busy parents and made the potatoes and hot dog recipe…the kids LOVED it. I made 2 packages and there were no leftovers. Great Job! What a great kids cookbook!
I have to tell everyone that I purchased the kids e-cookbook yesterday. Last night we tried the mushroom soup meatballs [page 35] over pasta…. it was yuuuummmmmyyy!! Tonight I am making the Creamy Rice [page 43] to go with our steak and garden fresh carrots! [is it dinner time yet? I'm hungry!] Granola is on the top of my grocery list for those Granola Banana snacks [page 54]. ohhh Nathan is going to love that sticky tasty mess! [the snack isn't messy, but my Nathan is...LOL] Thanks for taking the work out of dinner planning with your easy dinner recipes and being creative with simple healthy dishes! Happy Cooking… and even happier eating!!
MOMS — THIS COOKBOOK IS A MUST!! I’m telling you I use mine all the time and it has the stains to prove it. ( I’m not the cleanest of chefs! But I’ll often cook with the kids.) The Chicken Parmesan — is an absolute delight!! Mouth Watering. My kids wanted MORE the next night.
And such easy dinner recipes for fast meals — Ham and Cheddar Roll-ups, Cinnamon Twists (breakfast) , and my favorite Brocolli and Cheese Soup. YUMMY!!

Mix the cream cheese and 1 Tbsp. milk in a bowl with a wire whisk until smooth. Gently stir in 2 cups of whipped topping and chopped candy bars; set aside. Pour 1 ¾ cups milk into another bowl. Add the pudding mixes. Beat with a wire whisk for 1 minute. Gently stir in ½ cup whipped topping. Spread half of the pudding mixture on the bottom of the crust. Spread cream cheese mixture over the pudding mixture. Top with remaining pudding mixture. Put the pie in the fridge for 4 hours until it is set. Garnish with the remaining whipped topping.
