Gluten Free Cookbooks – Paleo Friendly Gluten Free Recipes

ATTENTION: Hot new cookbooks reveal how to cook delicious meals using the most nutritious… healthiest… and tastiest gluten-free ingredients in the world!

By eating foods provided by mother nature, foods that were available to our hunter gatherer ancestors, foods which are basic to our biology and our digestive system, you will not have to worry about gluten intolerance and you will begin to experience wonderful results in your health!

What I have found to be the easiest, most beneficial way to cook gluten-free is also what I believe to be the single most important nutritional change we can make towards our health – and that is to follow the paleolithic diet / paleo diet.

As you will soon find out, thousands of people have followed the paleo diet using the same ingredients I have used within the Paleo Cookbooks and have been able to manage their gluten intolerance while achieving greater results in their health and well-being than ever before.

I want to tell you straight off the bat that the paleo diet is not a diet designed by diet doctors, faddists, or nutritionists; it is a diet designed by nature. It is not the latest weight loss program a diet that leaves you craving tasty foods or a new fad for increasing your energy… The paleo diet is a diet that eliminates gluten based and highly allergenic foods and gets your body healthy – all the positive results simply fall into place.

Being diagnosed as gluten intolerance and celiac disease is often the result of suffering from health conditions associated with the negative impact gluten has played on your body over the course of many years, and the symptoms vary.

Suffering from celiac disease will often result in low energy levels and can leave you feeling consistently lethargic and at times exhausted. It has been proven that following a paleo diet will reduce your blood pressure and your resting heart-rate allowing you to work and exercise for longer and enjoy more of life’s activities.

As someone who is gluten intolerant you may well find yourself dashing to the nearest toilet or even becoming constipated for a few days after eating normal size portions of food. IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) like symptoms can cause weight loss, a bloated stomach and expel valuable nutrients from your body. Paleo eating can reduce diarrhea, constipation and swelling of the stomach, providing you with a pleasant post-meal feeling and the confidence to eat out in public again.

I’ve been offering nutritional education and seminars to everyone from the average Joe to qualified personal trainers, nutritionists and beauty therapists – helping them become happier and healthier by simply cooking with the foods of the paleo diet.
