I live in Italy, in a beautiful place surrounded by lakes and hills, in the northern part of the region of Lazio, located in the center of Italy. In this region you can find cities such as Roma, Viterbo, Latina, Frosinone and Rieti and here you can really get the flavor of 2500 years of history. If you have never been to Italy, well… think about coming to Italy for a couple of weeks and you will fall in love with the places, the people and the incredible food Italians know how to to prepare (and eat!).

I am 39 years old and during my life I have experienced different types of life styles. I was born in Johannesburg, South Africa, in an Italian family. With my family, we later returned to Italy, our home, where the art of cooking is an integral part of our culture.
