Where do I mail Payroll Liability payments?

I’ve cut my first payroll liability check using Quickbooks addressed to the United States Treasury. I can’t find anywhere where I’m supposed to send it. What’s the mailing address I’m supposed to send payroll liability checks, and what else do I need to send aside from the check?

How long is a payroll check good for?

I just found a payroll check from a job I had a while back. I haven’t cashed it as I forgot I had it. The date on it is 1/25/08. There is no time limit printed on the check. Like cash within a certain amount of time. Could I still cash it?
